We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate software projects from planning and development through implementation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing all stages of the project life cycle, including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, cost estimates, risk management plans, and performance reports. They will also be tasked with fostering effective communication within the team, with stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity of project objectives, deadlines, and alignment with company objectives.

In addition, the Project Coordinator will create flowcharts and other documentation to finalize the project scope and present them to clients and stakeholders for approval. They will utilize project management tools like GitLab or Jira to manage tasks, monitor progress, and handle project documentation.

The role requires coordination of project meetings, creation of detailed plans to achieve goals, and oversight of the integration of technical activities. The successful candidate will assist with issue resolution or escalation, manage stakeholder relations, and communicate with clients to ensure project success.

The Project Coordinator will ensure that all projects comply with project methodology compliance standards set by regulatory bodies. They will review project plans to align project activities and collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve work-related issues.

Finally, the successful candidate will work with the team to ensure that project goals are achieved within established timeframes and budgets. They will prepare and deliver project status reports to upper management and clients.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably within the software industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools like GitLab or Jira
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as proficient knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in creating flowcharts and process maps to illustrate project scopes
  • Robust problem-solving skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus
