Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and coordinating software projects, excellent client communication skills, and a strong knowledge of project management tools like GitLab or Jira.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of the software project life cycle, from planning and development to implementation and maintenance.

2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, cost estimates, risk management plans, and performance reports.

3. Foster effective communication within the team, with stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity of project objectives, deadlines, and alignment with company objectives.

4. Create flowcharts and other documentation to finalize the project scope and present them to clients and stakeholders for approval.

5. Utilize GitLab or Jira to manage tasks, monitor progress, and handle project documentation.

6. Coordinate project meetings, create detailed plans to achieve goals, and oversee the integration of technical activities.

7. Assist with issue resolution or escalation, manage stakeholder relations, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure project success.

8. Ensure all projects comply with project methodology compliance standards set by the company or regulatory bodies.

9. Review project plans to align project activities and collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve work-related issues.

10. Work with the team to ensure that project goals are achieved within established timeframes and budgets.

11. Prepare and deliver project status reports to upper management and clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably within the software industry.

3. Strong knowledge of project management tools like GitLab or Jira.

4. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as proficient knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices.

5. Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

6. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

7. Experience in creating flowcharts and process maps to illustrate project scopes.

8. Robust problem-solving skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

9. Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
