Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation AI platform. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and integrating Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications, as well as experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and integrating AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to improve developer productivity and code quality. You will work closely with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to integrate AI across development toolchains, from IDEs and version control to CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption. You should also have experience with developer tooling, including GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and integrate AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to improve developer productivity and code quality.
  • Establish standards, workflows, and guardrails for safe and effective AI adoption in engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive AI integration platform that embeds intelligent agents safely across the entire development toolchain—from IDEs and version control to CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
  • Define policies, audit mechanisms, and compliance practices for enterprise-grade AI systems.
  • Work closely with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to integrate AI across development toolchains.
  • Start with proof-of-concepts, refine through developer feedback, and scale solutions across teams globally.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in building or integrating LLM-powered applications.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
  • Familiarity with developer tooling (GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, Jira) and productivity workflows.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption.
  • Passion for human-AI collaboration and improving the developer experience.
