Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Product Development & Technical Leadership

    • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate emerging technologies.
  • Team Management & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers to deliver innovative products.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.
    • Conduct internal AI capability-building sessions to upskill the team.
  • Strategic Planning & Compliance
    • Align AI strategy with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation experience.
  • Proven track record in renewable energy product development.
  • Experience managing technical teams and driving digital transformation.
