IT Audit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT audit professional to lead multiple assignments, including IT application and infrastructure audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing an audit framework aligned with RBI regulations and ISO 27001 standards is critical for the success of this role.
- Managing outsourced audit partners to reduce audit time and costs while maintaining quality is essential.
- Establishing and maintaining a Quality Assurance and Improvement program will be key in driving business outcomes.
- Providing advisory support for IT projects related to internal controls and IT risk management is a significant aspect of this position.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree and 5-12 years of experience in IT audits, preferably in BFSI.
- CISA certification is mandatory; CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications are desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
- Knowledge of key RBI circulars will be beneficial.
- Effective project and relationship management skills will enable success in this role.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and data handling skills are essential for making informed decisions.
- High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude will drive business results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team are required.
