Business Analysis and Deal Execution

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Financial Due Diligence. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive growth.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the target business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges through rigorous analysis of financial and operational data.
  • Leading the execution of client services as Engagement Manager, overseeing project delivery and ensuring timely completion of high-quality reports.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyzing historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheet data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviewing and analyzing projections, underlying assumptions, and evaluating operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations.
  • Identifying key issues related to deals, assessing their impact on valuation and price consideration, and advising on ways to address these issues.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures, and proactively resolving risk issues in delivering services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, financial due diligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
