Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our UPI payments platform. This is a key role in our team, requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of the UPI payments platform, working closely with our business partners and internal stakeholders. They will also be required to devise solutions catering to business use cases, using their knowledge of the UPI product, features, and system limitations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and delivering the UPI payments platform for merchant acquiring solutions.
  2. Developing solutions that meet business needs, leveraging extensive knowledge of the UPI product and its limitations.
  3. Providing pre-sale support, preparing functional scope documents, and testing and supporting in UAT and certification testing.
  4. Understanding UPI product/program delivery channels like payment gateways, transaction processing, settlements, and dispute aspects.
  5. Collaborating with multiple bank gateways while managing a merchant product of UPI.
">Requirements">
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT or a leading bank with expertise in payments and merchant acquiring domain.
  • Understanding business requirements, creating requirement documents, and defining scope of work.
  • Knowledge of IT delivery channels like payment gateways, merchant onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, and disputes aspects.
  • ETED transaction processing in payments and settlement aspect.
  • SDLC process and application troubleshooting experience.
  • Managing external & internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptive and collaborative teamwork to achieve common goals.
  • Additive advantage: Network & certifications experience.
  • Documentation skills & presentation skills.
