Job Title: IP Verification Lead

We are seeking an experienced verification engineer to lead a talented team of engineers responsible for developing a scalable UVM based verification environment.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and leadership skills, excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. A global mindset and ability to lead in a multi-site environment is key to being successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CDFX DV team to perform Debug IP verification, which includes creating test plans, conducting reviews, developing verification components, and debugging regression failures.
  • Provide technical guidance and innovative ideas to improve quality, processes, and productivity.
  • Manage DV execution, including project planning, IP delivery timelines, deliverables, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience leading verification teams on complex CPU/ASIC projects from inception to tape-out.
  • Solid understanding of functional design verification, including test bench architecture, coverage, random constrained testing, and debug.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams.
  • Strong communications skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
