Senior Verification Expert Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Verification Engineer to lead the verification efforts for our most critical ASIC and SoC projects.

The ideal candidate will have mastery of verification methodologies and drive comprehensive verification plans. They will be responsible for ensuring the functional integrity and quality of integrated circuits through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define verification strategy for assigned projects, leveraging advanced methodologies like UVM and Formal Verification.
  • Architect and design robust verification environments (testbenches) to achieve exceptional code coverage and functional goals.
  • Utilize industry-leading verification tools to conduct thorough verification and analysis.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex failures, identifying root causes and collaborating with engineers for resolution.
  • Mentor and guide junior DV engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion best practices for verification code quality and participate in reviews.
  • Stay at the forefront by researching emerging tools and methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and contribute to the overall verification roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Design Verification for complex ASICs and SoCs.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing verification projects.
  • Deep knowledge of digital principles, advanced verification methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Verilog and VHDL with strong coding styles and optimization techniques.
  • Extensive experience with a range of verification tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
