Procurement Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity:
As a key member of our team, the Procurement Operations Specialist will oversee the daily management of procurement processes. Responsibilities include converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, creating and capitalizing fixed assets, re-certifying suppliers, drafting contracts, and maintaining system updates.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in both product and services procurement. A bachelor's degree in any subject area is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's / Undergraduate degree in any subject area
- At least 5-7 years of validated experience in Procurement Operations with exposure to both product & Services procurement
- Thorough knowledge of procurement processes
- Experience in conversion of Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders & working with standard contract templates/boilerplates
- Collaborating with legal teams and understanding legal terms in contracts is advantageous
- Multicultural or multinational Shared Services experience adds value
- Solid Excel skills and high English proficiency are essential
