At KLAY, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children in our facility. As a Care Giver, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment for their growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Child Safety: Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
  • Plan and implement activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
  • Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, toileting, and nap times.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
  • Observe and document children's behaviors and interactions.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
  • Follow established policies and procedures for child care.
  • Attend training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in child care.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Working with Children: Passion for working with children and providing care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with children's needs and behaviors.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to keep up with the energy and activities of young children.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the children and the center.
