Senior Digital Content Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Specialist to own and lead our brand's digital presence across platforms.

  • Create and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, direct messages, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Write compelling social media content and other channel copy.
  • Analyse performance metrics, optimise content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or related field (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Excellent understanding of digital platforms, audience communities, trends, etc.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of branding principles.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
