About the Role

This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in fullstack development, strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React and experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of fullstack applications
• Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

Requirements

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in fullstack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms

Familiarity with:
Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration
