Finance Data Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the deployment of our new global financial template underpinned by a robust data design. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance transformation managers to identify gaps, queries, and concerns related to data requirements and ensure accurate gathering and addressing of these issues.
  • Work with procurement, order-to-cash, and asset management data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions underpinned by standardized data and address data integration needs.
  • Partner with deployment leads to support all data-related project activities for finance.
  • Provide tools, analysis, and details to business stakeholders to handle their data during transition to the new S/4 systems.
  • Design, extract, transform, and load business data for the new S/4 financial template in collaboration with the Data Hub project team and finance data managers.
  • Maintain consistent data standards and adhere to data governance processes in collaboration with senior finance managers.
  • Deliver project deployment activities to schedule, quality, scope, and cost.
  • Identify and raise deployment dependencies and risks to ensure transparency to program leadership teams and mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in SAP deployments, particularly in financial processes and/or data.
  • Good knowledge of SAP finance processes across various modules (AA, PS, GL, AP, AR).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams and proven ability to collaborate and develop partnerships across different teams.
  • Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced and demanding project environment.
