Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Subscription Management Expert with expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud and Order-to-Cash cycle knowledge.

This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting subscription-based business models using the Oracle Subscription Management Cloud platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud solutions.
  • Gathering business requirements and designing scalable subscription management solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Configuring subscription products, pricing models, recurring billing, renewals, and amendments to optimize revenue streams.
  • Integrating Subscription Management with Order Management, Receivables, Revenue Management, and other Oracle Fusion modules for seamless data flow.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define subscription lifecycles and optimize recurring revenue models.
  • Providing post-implementation support, enhancements, and user training for smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Working with technical teams to integrate Subscription Management with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

The successful candidate will possess strong functional consulting skills, including requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction. They should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud and its features.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash cycle, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring subscription products, pricing, usage-based billing, and renewals to optimize revenue streams.
  • Good understanding of Revenue Management (RMCS), Receivables, and Order Management modules.
  • Exposure to subscription lifecycle management and SaaS/usage-based business models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Subscription Management / Order Management / Revenue Management.
  • Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Background in domains like SaaS, telecom, media, or subscription-based industries.
