Job Opportunity: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of projects within agreed timelines and estimated costs.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of application development and application security, as well as program management skills for Agile SDLC. They will also have a good experience in customer management and people management.

  • Ensure successful implementation of projects within agreed timelines and estimated costs.
  • Track implementations across clients and ensure delivery in coordination with the technology team.
  • Highlight risks in the project to ensure everyone understands the overall risk.
  • Manage the QA process to help iterate on the products.
  • Manage project scope and changes. Ensure that the project is within the scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Keep detailed track of projects and share updates with clients.
  • Manage client expectations with minimal escalations.
  • Have a thorough understanding of products, requirements, use case, and flows.

Key qualifications include:

  • Sound technical skills in application development and application security.
  • Program management skills for Agile SDLC.
  • Good experience in customer management and people management.
  • Full project life cycle ownership.
  • Experience with enterprise products is desirable.
  • Experience in the banking and finance domain is a bonus.
  • Client-facing experience in the role of a project manager.
  • Ability to prepare product and project plans in coordination with the sales team and tech team.
  • Understanding of programming concepts and technologies.
