Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino.

  • The successful candidate will design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Main Responsibilities include performing end-to-end testing of nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation. Additionally, the candidate will validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
