We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented individual to lead our Revenue Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth through efficient processes.

This role involves owning the GTM systems and tools stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will partner with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and governance of CRM best practices and data hygiene, identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation or process improvements to scale operations.

A strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics is essential, as is comfort working with data. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end.

Key skills include deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, as well as strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics. Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is also highly desirable, along with a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
