Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming student enquiries through various channels, including website, social media, and live chat.
  • Support students with queries and provide accurate, timely, and documented advice on a range of matters, including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships, and advanced standing.
  • Help and provide guidance with general support enquiries regarding student life, including finances, accommodation, public transport, culture, and support networks.
  • Recruit international students from diverse regions and increase international student enrolment at Formee.
  • Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach.
  • Identify and implement service and process improvements.
  • Manage the internal CRM to input all student leads and make necessary updates.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or post-secondary institutions.
  • Exceptional communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment.
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships.
  • Experience working with educational consultants.
  • Experience working with a CRM is preferred.
