Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire closing process, adhering to timelines while preparing necessary documents for review.
  • Verify accurate and complete documents and contracts to ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate financial transactions smoothly by working with lenders, title companies, and other parties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Maintain organized and secure files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Proactively address potential issues and work towards prompt resolutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction by coordinating post-closing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate) or MBA/advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
