Lead Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned functional consultant to lead our team in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for finance and project management automation.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and deploying end-to-end financial architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive financial architectures that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Client Engagement & Discovery: Plan and lead structured discovery workshops with key stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities for D365 optimization.
  • Solution Definition: Perform detailed fit-gap analysis, drive functional decisions, and create functional specifications to minimize unnecessary customizations.
  • Project Delivery Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure design and delivery alignment, support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience as a core finance consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012) and D365 F&O.
  • Minimum 3–4 full-cycle implementations in D365 Finance and PMA.
  • Educational background in finance with a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
