Job Summary:

This role is responsible for designing and implementing digital full-signal (DFT) architectures with a focus on built-in self-test (MBIST) for advanced system-on-chips (SoCs).

  • Develop DFT architectures and integrate MBIST IPs, generating test insertion and verification infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams throughout the design cycle to ensure high-quality test coverage and scan and MBIST performance.
  • Support silicon bring-up and yield improvement activities post-silicon, focusing on ATPG and MBIST pattern generation and debug failures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in DFT with expertise in ATPG, SCAN, and MBIST.
  • Proficient in tools like Synopsys DFT Compiler, Tessent, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like TCL, Perl, or Python for automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
