We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of AI-powered products, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex interaction models for financial interfaces.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, growth-focused position for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces—ranging from mobile apps to conversational agents.
  • Create experiences that are transparent, trustworthy, and easy to understand.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to AI-powered products.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations.
