Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAAS platforms like HCM and Project Systems.
- Implement and manage business critical applications such as HRMS/Project Systems/or any other Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for day-to-day system maintenance and change requests.
- Work with platform partners and implementation partners to ensure lights-on, handle platform releases and change requests, audit and governance of platforms.
- Create and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Execute system changes and provide post-implementation support.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate progress reports.
- Implement stringent processes, governance and controls for platforms, applications and database and front-end audits.
- Leverage strong database skills to manage, analyze, and govern the data.
- Enable seamless integrations across systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Techno Functional Program Manager or similar roles.
- Experience working with SAAS platform partners.
- Hands-on with database and integration services like SQL Server, SSIS, Azure ADF, Cloud hosting.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
