Requirement details:
Role: Technical Program Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 15-20 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAAS platforms like **HCM**, Project Systems etc..
- Responsible for implementing and managing business critical applications such as HRMS / Project Systems / or any other Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for day to day system maintenance and change requests
- Work with platform partners and implementation partners in ensuring lights on, handling platform releases and change requests, audit and governance of platforms made responsible for.
- Create and maintain technical and project documentation.
- Execute system changes and provide post-implementation support.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate progress reports.
- Implement stringent processes, governance and controls for platforms, applications and database and front end audits.
- Leverage strong database skills to manage, analyze, and govern the data. Enable seamless integrations across systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Techno Functional Program Manager or similar roles.
- Experience working with SAAS platform partners
- Hands on with database and integration services like SQL Server, SSIS, Azure ADF, Cloud hosting
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired Skills:
- Hands on with Database and integration services (like SQL Server, SSIS, Azure ADF, Cloud hosting, Oracle OIC etc..)
- Has experience or can develop skills on Darwinbox, Oracle etc.. and handle configurations in collaborating with functional SPOCs and Platform Partners.
