Design Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. As a mobility expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming the world of e-bikes.
Job Description:As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing knowledge of automobile systems and EV-related systems, particularly two-wheelers. You will integrate vehicles with robust engineering BoM and ECN management. Additionally, you will manage complete new product development cycles, design and draft parts with GD&T for vehicle systems, gain thorough knowledge of materials and material properties, convert technical requirements into detailed designs, and stay up-to-date on CMVR and homologation requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in automobile systems and EV-related systems.
- Integrate vehicle designs with engineering BoMs and ECNs.
- Lead new product development projects from start to finish.
- Design and create detailed part specifications with GD&T.
- Gain in-depth understanding of various materials and their properties.
- Translate technical requirements into detailed design documents.
- Stay current with CMVR and homologation regulations.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Solid Works (part modelling, drafting, assembly, system layouts, and vehicle-level layouts).
- PLM knowledge.
- Knowledge of Hyper mesh and CAE analysis.
- Strong behavioral skills (teamwork, communication, self-discipline, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
