Asset Wealth Management Data Science Expert

At a leading financial institution, we seek an experienced Data Scientist to spearhead cutting-edge Asset and Wealth Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced data science models and algorithms to drive business growth and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions that deliver tangible results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights into our data science practice.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on asset and wealth management.
  • Proven expertise in Python, with experience working with large datasets and complex algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques, including deep learning and natural language processing.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and big data technologies like AWS and Apache Hadoop.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights.
