Optimizing Supply Chain Operations Manager

 

The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations. This role is essential for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, driving business reviews between affiliates and upstream supply chain functions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the supply chain, identifying productivity and cost improvement opportunities.
  • Lead key projects, clearly defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables, executing and tracking project progress.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or project management within nutrition/healthcare/pharma industry.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
  • Practical knowledge of CI tools Lean, Six Sigma, JI, DMAIC, and similar tools and methods.
  • Strong communication and PC skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
