Ambitious Product Implementation Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Product Implementation Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of our product suite for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide Implementation consultants to effectively execute their tasks.
  • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, overseeing the entire implementation cycle from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create a project plan that meets the client's needs.
  • Work closely with business analysts to implement and configure the product suite for each customer account.
  • Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to meet project timelines and ensure the best interests of the customer are met.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks and activities.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery through standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents and prepare test scripts, training materials, and checklists.
  • Oversee overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
  • Engage with various levels, including PMO, C Levels, IT, and Operation heads at the customer end during engagements.
  • Share best practices by providing product consulting and business consulting services based on the domain, industry, or region of the customer.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing multiple project configurations with structured planning and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of system development, process improvements, and business processes.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise in modelling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Familiarity with integration touch points and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
