Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced IT Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and support to students on various aspects of IT courses, including course selection and enrollment procedures. 
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance in the Enrolment system. 

3. Coordinate with Faculty and Stakeholders to ensure smooth organization of student selection procedures. 

4. Assist in managing center operations, including daily administrative activities. 

5. Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining adequate batch sizes and meeting batch start deadlines. 

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
