Job Summary

About the Position:

  • Conducting comprehensive medical assessments to ensure employee health and wellbeing.
  • Diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, including common illnesses and injuries.
  • Responding promptly to workplace emergencies, providing effective interventions and referrals as needed.
  • Collaborating with healthcare specialists for consultations and further investigations.
  • Implementing proactive health measures, such as vaccination programs and health awareness campaigns.
  • Providing education and guidance on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and stress management.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Contributing to the development of health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution in India with a valid medical licence.
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and manage complex medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and effectively communicate medical information.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
  • Proficient computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records and utilizing healthcare software.
