Strategic Business Unit Head

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic business unit through its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for overall business unit performance and P&L ownership.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with strong expertise in sales, business development, and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SBU with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses. Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

  • 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
