Job Overview

The role involves providing support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions, as well as 3rd party Call recording platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in these technologies and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL process.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • 24/7 business support environment.
  • Cisco Voice platform experience.
  • CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms work experience.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Work & Coordinate with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and good in excel related Analytics.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of VOIP protocols and ITIL process.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Familiarity with VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with third-party providers and OEMs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Experience with MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
