**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced T24 Data Migration Developer to lead and execute data migration activities for T24 core banking system implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and migration techniques, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for T24 implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from source systems into T24 target structures, utilizing advanced data mapping techniques.
  • Design and implement robust data migration strategies, including validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and meet data requirements, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Conduct data analysis, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality and reliable migration outcomes, adhering to industry standards.
  • Document migration processes, including ETL procedures, mapping documents, and reporting, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to team members on best practices, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in post-migration reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, driving excellence and innovation.
