Job Title: System Operations Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Operations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. This includes monitoring and interpreting various dashboards to identify potential issues, managing incident communication, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Monitor observability dashboards to detect issues and manage incident communication.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Provide timely and transparent updates on the status of incidents, including root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the LLM Proxy team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, with a focus on monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture and Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus, including dashboard creation and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, including Quantiles, P99, and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience with LLM or AI technologies.
