Treasury Operations Support Role

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive production support to ensure seamless treasury operations.

You will maintain system integrity by ensuring static data is up-to-date within the environment.

Troubleshooting, fixing and authoring workflow framework in Quantum is also a key responsibility.

In addition, you will identify and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cashflows, configure and troubleshoot Cash Xplorer functionality and support core treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting and Intercompany Settlement.

Learning internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users, receiving, analyzing and prioritizing related support tickets and providing timely solutions are also part of your duties.

Documenting resolution steps and knowledge base articles, supporting system upgrades and patches, monitoring system performances and recommending improvements are other responsibilities that come with this role.

Furthermore, applying strong database expertise to maintain system performance, authoring and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, working with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration and utilizing ticketing system to manage and track support requests are technical operations you will be responsible for.

Maintaining SOPs, process documentation and impact assessments for system updates, assessing readiness for Quarterly Cloud Updates, ensuring financial data accuracy, SOX compliance and internal control adherence and participating in change management processes are governance and compliance tasks you will perform.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems
  • Hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications
  • Proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring
  • Experience authoring, troubleshooting and fixing workflow framework in Quantum
