Project Manager Job Description

Our team is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from the initial stages, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations personnel.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Strong background in team management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
