Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, project coordination skills, and exceptional communication abilities to manage timelines, allocate resources, and drive execution seamlessly.

As a Project Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge gaps between technical and operational requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and software projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure stakeholder communication at every stage.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and escalate when required.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ISO standards, and internal quality frameworks.
  • Support transitions from project delivery to operational support teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or engineering.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (servers, cloud, networks, or applications).
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile/Scrum (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
