Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Process Specialist to support and enhance electronic data interchange processes across our enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
