Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead our Google Ads campaigns and drive client performance. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing paid search strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ad spend to ensure maximum ROI. Your expertise will directly influence the trajectory of our high-growth AI company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive client performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, structuring, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and create tailored ad copy for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to improve ROI.
  • Use Google Analytics and other internal tools to track key metrics, derive actionable insights, and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Continuously perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to optimize for performance.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a significant part of that spent scaling startups or working in high-impact Digital Marketing agencies.
  • A proven track record of leading campaigns that hit 3X+ ROAS and contributions to growth milestones exceeding $100 million in revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate marketing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Expertise in the full suite of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a knack for learning and adapting quickly.
  • A relentless, results-driven mindset that refuses to accept anything less than outstanding outcomes.
  • Strong ability to dissect data and turn insights into impactful strategies that boost ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and team members.
