Compliance Officer

 

The Compliance Officer will play a vital role in ensuring effective compliance monitoring across residential child care homes in the UK.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct daily audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Review quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are up-to-date in company systems.
  • Maintain centralised audit trackers and ensure timely updates.

 

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination, and regulatory liaison.
