Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and discounting models.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ configurations, integrations, and performance.
  • Implement complex product catalog structures, pricing rules, and approval processes.
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages when required.
  • Perform testing of CPQ solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Provide training and support to users on Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and change management processes.
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-deployment support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience in implementing CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quote generation, and contract management.
  • Expertise in creating and managing CPQ product catalogs, pricing rules, bundles, and discounting logic.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
