Job Overview

The Senior Steward role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. This position requires a professional, friendly, and engaging individual who can work effectively as part of a team.

  • We are seeking a skilled Steward to assist with all aspects of the dining experience, including food and beverage service.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of menu items and be able to inform and assist guests accordingly.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Familiarity with beverage lists and promotions is essential for this role.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Steward.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of functional areas such as Steward, Stewardess, Senior Steward, Waiter, Guest Handle, and Steward Activities is required.
