Key Responsibilities:- Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Ensure seamless setup of meeting rooms with care for seating, lighting, water, and cleanliness.
- Track guest preferences and dietary needs, providing discreet and thoughtful service.
- Greet and attend to guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments during meetings and events.
- Food & Beverage Service
- Oversee daily pantry operations and refreshment service for staff and management.
- Coordinate seamless food arrangements and service during office celebrations, events, and team lunches.
- Ensure professional-level presentation and cleanliness of all F&B setups.
- Handle beverage preparation (tea, coffee, water, juices) with elegance and hygiene.
- Pantry & Housekeeping Supervision
- Maintain pantry cleanliness, inventory, and restocking of all items.
- Supervise housekeeping team to ensure meeting rooms, lounges, and hospitality zones are always clean and guest-ready.
- Place timely orders for supplies and raise alerts on breakages or inventory gaps.
- Ensure all service zones meet high standards of hygiene and upkeep.
