Job Title: Supply Chain Customer Service Assistant Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners, customers, and logistics service providers. This position demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership skills to drive service performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end order fulfillment process ownership from receipt to final delivery
  • Delivery timelines monitoring and proactive resolution of delays or disruptions
  • OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance optimization and lead times reduction
  • Escalation point for complex customer issues and complaints
  • Building relationships with key customers and ensuring service-level agreements are met
  • Customer feedback analysis and service improvements implementation
  • Collaboration with sales, planning, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align on order priorities and inventory availability
  • Coordination with transporters and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Leadership, mentoring, and development of a team of supply chain depot coordinators
  • Regular performance reviews and training sessions to build team capability
  • Tracking KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and complaint resolution time
  • Process improvements for organized retail (MT, E-Com, Q-Com, and Corporate)
  • Preparing dashboards and reports and implementing automation and digital tools to streamline workflows
