Job Summary

A challenging opportunity is available for a Resiliency Engineer to design and implement resiliency-focused testing strategies for enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.
  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing to simulate real-world disruptions and uncover vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and risk assessments to engineering teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and collaborate with teams to recommend improvements in design or operations.
Mandatory Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages like Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps and engineering teams.
