Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This is a key role within our organization, requiring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Analyze sales trends and business requirements to inform accurate demand forecasting.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on inventory performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
