About the Role:

We are looking for a technical program manager to join our team and manage large, complex programs that require strong technical expertise and leadership skills. As a technical program manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed plans, identifying risks, and mitigating them to ensure timely and smooth program launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and execute detailed plans for large, high-impact programs">
  3. Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs">
  4. Build strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives">
  5. Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs">
  6. Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 8 years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team">
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience">
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs">
  • Demonstrated success driving the development program of world-class online products">
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients">
  • Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth">
  • Ability to build collaborations and create a community of leadership">
  • Be a thought leader; someone who can help advance strategy and challenge others in the organization to make important improvements">
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills combined with strong negotiation ability delivered with a high level of influence and professionalism">
  • Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban) with multiple teams">
  • Experience in managing all phases of end-to-end product development">
  • Knowledge of Internet client/server social networking applications and systems">
