Chief Knowledge Sharing Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Knowledge Sharing Officer to lead our knowledge transfer and management efforts. This role will play a key part in driving excellence across our organization, ensuring that critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management, ensuring critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams.
- Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various systems and processes.
- Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
- Ensure training programs are tailored to various roles within GBS.
- Function as a liaison between platform vendors and internal teams for training-related updates.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and use them refine content, delivery methods, and learning formats for greater impact.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR or Training.
- Certification like CPTM/ATD.
- Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
