Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to assess their needs and match them with suitable solutions.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve initial concerns through personalized communication.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team with comprehensive handovers.
  • Maintain consistent engagement to maximize lead conversion potential.
  • Track and report on lead qualification metrics and progress.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead qualification, customer service, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms like WhatsApp, email, and telephony tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
